How long does it take for a custom piece?
That depends on what you want, but a general timeline is 2-4 weeks from when we finalize the plan. That gives enough time for paint to dry, resin to cure, etc. For an additional fee, I can move up the timeline to no more than 2 weeks until drop-off/shipping.
What do you do in healthcare?
I work for a world-renowned medical institution in the laboratory – I have worked in multiple states and in multiple positions within this institution in my 20 years with them. I am currently in the administration side of the “Point of Care” testing, which is testing that the Nursing staff perform at the patient’s bedside, as opposed to testing performed in the main lab. I spend my time training staff to perform this testing as well as troubleshooting instrumentation and doing a LOT of paperwork.
Where did you learn how to do all of this?
A lot of it was online, I also have taken some classes and gone to a large-scale conference to learn one-on-one with some of my mentors. But honestly – trying and failing has been my greatest teacher. Every failure has taught me a valuable lesson on color theory, technique, timing, and above all, patience.
What payments do you accept?
Zelle, Venmo, Paypal and all credit cards via Square – full payment required for purchase, and 1⁄2 deposit required for custom pieces, with the other 1⁄2 due upon completion and shipping.
What materials are used in your acrylic art products?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality acrylic paints, mica powders, alcohol inks, and other media. They feature vibrant, hand-painted designs. Each piece is finished with a glossy resin coating for durability and a sleek, polished look.
How are the designs created?
Each design is uniquely hand-painted, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. The colors are carefully chosen and blended to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind patterns that make each piece a functional work of art.
Can I request custom colors for my piece?
Absolutely! We love working with customers to create custom pieces that perfectly match their style and decor. Please contact us with your color preferences and any specific design ideas you have in mind. (include link to the “contact us” page perhaps?)
How should I care for my piece?
To keep your products looking their best, simply wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the glossy surface and avoid extreme temperatures which will warp, melt, or crack the piece.
Are the clocks and coasters water-resistant?
Yes, the glossy resin finish on our clocks and coasters provides a water-resistant barrier, making them perfect for everyday use. However, to preserve their beauty, do not submerge them in water.
How is the time set on the clocks?
The back of each clock features a simple mechanism for setting the time. Just turn the dial until the hands match your desired time. Our clocks operate on a standard AA battery (not included).
What sizes are available for the clocks and coasters?
Our standard clock size is 12 inches in diameter, and our coasters are 4 inches across. However, we can accommodate requests for custom sizes for both larger or smaller. Please reach out with your specific needs.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume. We’ll provide you with an estimated completion time when you place your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Please contact us for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time for a custom piece.

What is your return policy?
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all items sold by FuzzyTrioDesign are handmade, custom, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. Each piece is created individually and cannot be recreated once purchased.
That said, your satisfaction matters, and we will absolutely make things right if there is an issue on our end.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or broken
- The item is unusable upon receipt
- You received the incorrect item
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What to Do if There’s a Problem
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once we review the information, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
- A replacement (when possible)
- A repair (if appropriate)
- A refund
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
What We Cannot Accept
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Color, texture, or design preferences
- Minor variations inherent to handmade items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items not reported within the stated timeframe
Each piece is unique, and natural variations and imperfections are part of what makes handmade work special.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, FuzzyTrioDesign is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All shipments will have a standard amount of shipping insurance on them from the shipping carrier.
