Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all items sold by FuzzyTrioDesign are handmade, custom, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. Each piece is created individually and cannot be recreated once purchased.
That said, your satisfaction matters, and we will absolutely make things right if there is an issue on our end.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or broken
- The item is unusable upon receipt
- You received the incorrect item
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What to Do if There’s a Problem
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once we review the information, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
- A replacement (when possible)
- A repair (if appropriate)
- A refund
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
What We Cannot Accept
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Color, texture, or design preferences
- Minor variations inherent to handmade items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items not reported within the stated timeframe
Each piece is unique, and natural variations and imperfections are part of what makes handmade work special.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, FuzzyTrioDesign is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. All shipments will have a standard amount of shipping insurance on them from the shipping carrier.
